Global Trance Mission are (DJ) Laurent David and Frédéric de Backer aka Fred Baker from Belgium.
Fred Baker is the artist behind a plethora of productions over the past decade, from GrooveZone Eisbaer, Y-Traxx Mystery Land and many more.
Fred Baker’s career began in 1996 when he produced the Ibiza hit Y-Traxx – Mystery Land together with Laurent David and TC Process. The song received a lot of support from Paul Oakenfold and appeared on numerous compilations. A year later, the equally successful production GrooveZone – Eisbaerwas released, a cover version of the song Eisbär by the Swiss band Grauzone from the 80s. The single was released in 24 countries and sold over 300,000 copies.
